This new hotel (see picture below) is one of multiple projects included in the City of Burlington's downtown redevelopment.
Adjacent to the hotel, The Peter Scherrer Group is serving as the Owner Representative to the City of Burlington in the construction of a 200 stall parking structure scheduled to be completed in early 2011.
In addition, we are also working on the predevelopment of multistory office and retail building adjacent to the Parking Structure. We are currently working on preleasing for this project and are excited to be a part of the downtown revitalization in Burlington.
