PSG SERVED AS THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THIS 26,200 SQUARE FOOT FEDEX RAMP STATION AT DANE COUNTY AIRPORT IN MADISON, WISCONSIN.
Services began pre-construction as PSG was engaged by the Developer to participate in preparing the response to the Request for Proposal the Developer received from FedEx.
The project was bid in phases to release long-lead items early and to accelerate the construction start date. Significant obstacles related to dewatering and treatment as well as supply-chain interruptions due to COVID-19 impacts were successfully mitigated. Compliance with Airport Security protocols and coordination with FedEx supplied systems was implemented through solid teamwork that resulted in a successful project.
