LDV Addition

This project consisted primarily of a new Production space and Parts department. With its 26’-8” high precast exterior walls, the design accommodated an interior mezzanine space that overlooks production.

With this addition, the exterior of the existing building was improved aesthetically to current standards and interior spaces were remodeled to add an elevator and to blend with newly constructed spaces.

The project was constructed in phases to accommodate the owner’s operational needs with much site work completed prior to building construction and interior remodeling with new elevator following completion of the expansion.
