When the company owners reached out to PSG for preconstruction and design build services on their office addition, they envisioned a space that would serve the future generation of leaders and also provide a professional and modern upgrade to their building façade.
PSG’s development division managed the process to fulfill all preconstruction requirements including a right of way vacation, parcel combination, and site plan approval. The Owners pointed to a handful of previous PSG projects in identifying their aesthetic objectives for the project. The overall design accommodated new executive offices, open works space, and ADA upgrades to existing spaces.
