## What is an Architectural Home?

While a traditional home can have many very nice features, there will be something about an Architectural Home that sets it apart.

- Non-traditional Structural Framing System
- Detailed Millwork/Casework Components
- Technically Advanced Mechanical/Electrical/Data Systems
- Challenging Renovation Needs
- Customized Components such as Stairways, Fireplaces, Living Roofs for example
