## Consulting services at PSG often begin with a client having a question or need and the desire to engage help and expertise.

We start by listening to gain an understanding of our client’s business and the needs and questions they are facing. From there we develop a scope of services that may include gathering necessary information, various analyses, and identification of solutions.

### Common consulting services include:

- Facilities consulting
- Rehab and reuse analysis
- Design consulting
- Owner representative services
- [Development services](https://scherrergroup.hs-sites.com/development)
- Preconstruction services

When PSG provides consulting services, our team works to present solutions that best meet your needs, operating with the highest integrity and in your best interest.  Our clients see that and as a result we have become a trusted advisor to them for many of their real estate, construction, and facility needs.
