Serving as General Contractor on this custom home was a true pleasure. From the beginning, PSG enjoyed working with this Owner. The collaboration was focused on maximizing the potential of a beautiful secluded site, with mature woodland, meadows and creek; utilizing unique materials in the home such as the reclaimed post-civil war floors and poplar bark siding panels, and integrating top of the line technology in a matter that didn’t interfere with the natural and rustic aesthetic of the interior. The construction process was carefully and professionally managed from start to finish, all while the owner lived adjacent to the construction site in the original home that was later demolished.
