Low Daily

ORIGINALLY A RAILWAY TERMINAL, PSG HELPED TRANSFORM THIS HISTORIC BUILDING INTO BURLINGTON’S FIRST CRAFT BREWERY AND TAP ROOM.

PSG was contacted by the Low Daily team as they were making plans to return to the Burlington area from Portland, Oregon to start a craft brewery and taproom. Working on their behalf we explored the feasibility of a few properties in Burlington’s Downtown Historic District. We provided consulting services through the acquisition of 7,700 SF building, originally constructed in 1925, that previously served as a Milwaukee Electric Railway & Light Co. terminal and had most recently been the home of the local newspaper, the Standard Press. Additional consulting services included support for a downtown revitalization grant for the project. Serving as a Design Build Contractor, PSG implemented the construction phase for this project including extensive code updates, a highly functional production room, and a taproom that feels welcoming and relaxed.
